This was a TROPICAL home away from home!

The view from our room was spectacular and our family of 4 had plenty of room. We felt like we were in our own oasis but could easily access all that the hotel had available to its guests.

Wonderful

Resort staff were very helpful and provided excellent suggestions about things to do. The location is excellent, you get amazing view plus can walk to the nearby restaurants and stores. As read in previous review, you do get to see monkeys:) Also down the road towards the town, if you are lucky you can see a beautiful red Macau couple. We loved our stay!

breakfast could be better. Instaed of buffet plus ala carte, if they just make the buffet nicer, it might work better for everyone, just a suggestion:)

We LOVE this place! The pool is a family dream, they have. a private movie theatre for families, best views, best staff, monkeys. We live in Costa Rica and this hotel is my families favorite hotel to stay at. There is not 1 thing I can think of that isnt amazing!

Great stay!

We loved our stay at Si Como. We stayed here as part of our honemoon trip, staying in the honeymoon suite. The room was large, clean, had a comfy bed & a jacuzzi in the room! The room & balcony had an amazing view over the rainforest & out to the oceon. We saw so much wildlife within the resort itself & enjoyed the peaceful, laid-back vibe. Both the adult only & family pools have swim up bars & the staff were so attentive & friendly here. Watching the sunset from the adult pool was amazing! Breakfast was good & filling & the waiting staff were very helpful. They were able to accommodate the vegan diet well at breakfast & also had a couple of options that could be made vegan for lunch & dinner. Si Como is a short walk to local restaurants, shops & an ATM. The beach is walkable but would take a long time as there is a very steep hill that seems to go onto miles, leading down to the beach! The hotel offers a shuttle bus to / from the beach at set times, which took 5 mins, or you could easily get a taxi. The reception desk will happily arrange trips for you, and we booked a couple of good trips through them (Damas mangrove boat trip & full day waterfall tour). We treated ourselves to an amazing massage in the spa, and it was one of the best I've had! Would very much recommend a stay at Si Como whilst you're visiting Manuel Antonio

Be prepared that there were a lot of uphill steps to get around the resort, and go to the pool / resturants or reception desk, so Si Como may not be a good optiom for anyone with mobility issues. However, this didn't affect our stay but I did find it challenging when the sun was beating down

Fantastic resort hotel - friendly & comfortable .

Views, the food, the pools and especially the staff. They really went out of their way to help.

Bathroom & shower need a refurb. Rain forest walk was disappointing, it was small & restricted unless you were doing zip wires.

We loved this place when we stayed 20 years ago and still love it just as much today!

The beds were extremely comfortable! The whole property is beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful. The location is perfect for having access to many restaurants and coffee shops. The staff was more than accommodating to us when we needed help, and was always willing to get us what we needed with a smile. We felt very welcome and did not want to leave!

Beautiful resort, best place in all of Manual Antonio region.

Si Como No was perfect! Best view in all of quepos, the staff is amazing, food was delicious, drinks were strong and tasty, beds and pillows soft, we saw more wildlife at the resort than in the national park nearby.

Wonderful place to stay in Manuel Antonio.

The Rico Tico Grill was a great way to start the day. Wonderful breakfast choices with a great view. The staff was always friendly, especially Allen who went out of his way to make us feel welcome there. The staff of the resort were also very friendly and ready to help with anything. The food at the restaurant upstairs was excellent.

We had a problem with our A/C that had to be attended to more than once, but was fine after correction. Our room was on the street side so noisy sometimes.

Staff very friendly, family pool is great, breakfast was also good, rooms are wonderful and the view is excellent. Tours provided were excellent quality and the staff were very accommodating.

staff changed my room booking, however were able to change back to original with persistence, I would ensure that you are in the room you booked prior to leaving. Restaurant staff were not attentive, it took a while to get their attention, I felt they were very short staffed and not really their fault. Messed up our breakfast every day but again likely due to being short staffed

The views were amazing and the property is so lush. Feels like a jungle paradise. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the view of the ocean from it. And the swim up bar in the family pool! The staff were so helpful and the tours of the national park and the boat trip were perfect.

Incredibly beautiful location with many animals in the trees. We saw monkeys, sloths and many birds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and lunch there, both were great.

Pleasant stay

The room was clean and offered a decent size for two people. I appreciated the small items provided, such as a shower cap, toothbrush, and shaver. It was also convenient to have an iron in the room. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a small variety of options available both in a buffet style and through an ordering menu. The staff members were attentive and frequently checked in to ensure our needs were met. The pool area at the hotel was excellent, with both a regular pool and an adult-only pool. The bartender in this area provided great service, and the hotel's happy hour offering 2-for-1 drinks was a nice touch. Additionally, the views from the check-in area and the adult pool were breathtaking, surpassing those at a previous resort we had stayed at (Shana)..

There was a discrepancy between the view and room advertised on Booking.com and the actual view and room we received. I approached the front desk shortly after checking in to confirm that we were indeed in a deluxe room, showing them the photo from the booking website. However, the staff member simply mentioned that views can vary depending on the room's location and did not offer any alternative options. This lack of effort in providing an option to address my concern was disappointing. The only other issue we ran into was with the air conditioning in our room not functioning properly, causing discomfort during the night. Although the staff mentioned that maintenance works around the clock and could have been called to fix the issue, this information was only provided during check-out. Just a heads up, the deluxe room did not come with a television. This was not an issue for us.

Very Good

Amazing view, the facilities are great - great pool with a bar and a water slide. We had monkeys visit us in our porch. They have coffee machines and fridge which is really great.

The first rooms we got were near the road and are way overdue for a renovation. The bath foset was so old that my kid couldn't turn it. We asked to switch rooms and the other one was better. I would avoid the rooms in the top near the road.
